5. Can I modify my order once it is placed?

Modification in order can be done within 24 hours of order placement.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement.
if, fabric is dyed and cuts on your measurements then we will not accept any cancellation or modification in order. fabric once dyed and cuts on your measurement can not be used for any other order and this is valid reason.
7. Can I add sleeves in any sleeveless dress?
You can add sleeves in any sleeveless dress. Please do not forget to mention changes you want in dress on email or Whatsapp.

9. How can we pay you money?
You can pay us via Money Gram, Xoom, Wise, Bank Transfer and Western Union but please discuss on Whatsapp
10. what measurements do you need for outfit?
we will email you measurement form along with guide images what measurements we need and how to take them by tape.
Please mention in email you are sending us your body measurements by tape or ready dress measurement from your garments as it is very important.
Tips:
Take all sizes carefully by inch tape from correct place of body according to our guide graphics in size form
dont insert finger inside tape
Double check sizes to avoid any mistake.
Go to any nearest Tailor or Ask someone home to measure you from tape.
Take each body size snaps from Cell phone that will be very helpful for good fitting.
You should be wearing normal clothes.
Jeans, heavy blouses or thick cloths are not recommended while being measured.
Dont pull tape too tight, nor let it loose.
Dont leave any extra inches or dont put finger inside tape.
We just accurate body measurements for stitching

Yes, We do make dresses for Boutiques, Shops, Sellers and remains behind. We can make unique designs for your Boutiques and Shops in Bulk and
your designs will never appear on our website. We may also offer you fashion photography service which you can use to promote your items.
16. what is your return or exchange policy?
Custom made dresses are no return no Exchange policy in any condition but we can provide you free fixing service incase of any issue stitching issue by our side.
Dresses made on custom size and requirements are not returnable or exchangeable in any terms.
17. Do you use normal post office service to dispatch items?
we dont dispatch by post office service we use only express courier services for worldwide fast delivery.
18. Can i change hand embellishment color of any dress like from gold to silver or silver to gold or gold to antique gold etc?
yes, possible
19. what payment methods you accept?

we donot accept Credit cards or Paypal for bridal dress, Occasion dress and Groom sherwani.

20. if,i place order from USA and my wedding is in UK or any other country can you dispatch other country?
Sure, we can deliver you article to other country if, courier provides service in that country.
21. what i have to do if, any customs duty or taxes apply in my country after arrival of parcel for clearance?
Incase customs duty or any taxes apply in your country after parcel arrival then you will have to pay it.
We are also not responsible for any Customs clearance delay or courier service delay etc as it is not in our hand.
22. What Quality of fabric do you use for bridal dresses and Groom Sherwanis?
We use highest quality 100% pure Chiffon, Jamawar banarsi, Organza, Velvet, Georgette,Raw Silk , French Lame, Katan, Silk, Karandi for bridal outfits
For Groom Sherwani we use High Quality Jamawar, Raw silk, Velvet, Karandi, Suiting Fabric, Georgette etc
23. what grade material you use for hand embellishment on outfits?
We use Top Class grade material for hand embellishment which never gets dull or gray early like other cendors and remains shine if, you care
We dont use low quality plastic stones or low grade beads and any material like other shop keepers, Boutiques, Vendors use to keep dress price lower.
Our hand embellishment material remains shine and fresh long time if, you care.
we dont stick material from gum or solution on fabric and in hand embellishment every single material gets stitch by needle and thread nicely by human
24. Can i make any change in stitching style if, i want anything different from picture?
Yes. possible. contact us on Whatsapp or email with our sales staff and brief your points in easy words what exactly you want
25. Can i change fabric type of dress if, i want different fabric from picture?
Yes, fabric change possible.

26. What if dress fitting is not correct and tight or loose on me ?
We leave some extra fabric in shirt during stitching so, you can alter it by any local tailor of your country easily without any issue if,required but very less chance of it as we do follow and check sizes before dispatching to courier.
in lehenga there are hooks or train to adjust it on your waist without any problem.
We can do free fixing also if,you want but above mentioned options are best.
